This page explains how account deletion, integration disconnects, billing records, and data removal are intended to work inside Prioflo. It is meant to give you a plain-language view alongside the fuller details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Prioflo may provide an in-app delete-account flow. Using that flow starts the removal of your account and associated Prioflo data from active product use, subject to reasonable processing time, technical constraints, backup cycles, legal obligations, security needs, tax/accounting requirements, and product integrity needs.
Deleting your account removes your sign-in access. If you have an active paid subscription, account deletion is not a substitute for cancellation through Manage Billing or Stripe. Use Manage Billing or contact support before deletion if you need help canceling paid access.
Depending on the feature set you used, account deletion may include removal or disconnection of:
Some information may remain for a period of time, or in limited cases longer, when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, tax or accounting records, billing records, system backups, disaster recovery, or the continuity of collaborative workspace records used by other members.
If you participated in shared workspaces, some collaborative records may remain visible to other workspace members when necessary to preserve the integrity and continuity of the workspace. We will handle those cases in line with the product design, applicable law, and our legitimate operational needs.
You can generally disconnect a supported integration separately from deleting your full account. Disconnecting an integration stops future access and future syncs for that connection, but it does not automatically erase any content already created, imported, or saved in Prioflo unless the product explicitly says it will do so.
For Google integrations, disconnecting in Settings is intended to remove Prioflo’s future access to that Google account. You can also review or revoke Prioflo access from your Google Account permissions page. Tasks, notes, or reports already created from connected data should be deleted separately inside Prioflo if you no longer want them kept in the app.
Billing and subscription records may be retained where needed for payment processing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or support. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Prioflo.
If you need help with deletion, access issues, billing cancellation, Google data removal, or privacy questions, contact support@prioflo.com.
We may update this page as Prioflo’s deletion flows and data architecture continue to evolve.
