Google Data Use

Last updated May 4, 2026

Google integrations in Prioflo are optional. They are designed to help Prioflo work with tools you already use while keeping connection, feature, and deletion controls clear.

This page summarizes how Prioflo uses Google Calendar and Gmail data when those integrations are available to your account and enabled by you.

1. Google Calendar

Google Calendar is used for schedule-aware planning. When enabled, Prioflo may read calendar data to understand meetings, busy blocks, and daily schedule context.

  • Data used may include calendar details, event titles, event times, availability, and related event context you authorize.
  • Prioflo may use this data to help plan around meetings, show schedule context, and improve Daily Recap context.
  • The launch-safe Calendar version is read-only. It does not create, edit, delete, share, or permanently delete Google Calendar events.

2. Gmail / Email to Tasks

Gmail access is intended only for manual, user-controlled Email to Tasks workflows when available to your account. The goal is selected review, not background inbox scanning.

  • Data used may include sender, subject, selected email content or snippets, timestamps, and source email context for messages you manually review or choose to turn into tasks.
  • Prioflo may use this data to draft task titles, add optional task notes, or preserve source context for tasks you create.
  • Prioflo does not scan your Gmail inbox in the background.
  • Prioflo does not automatically create tasks from Gmail.
  • Prioflo does not send emails from your Gmail account.

3. Storage and sharing

Prioflo stores only what is reasonably needed to operate the Google integration features you enable, such as connection state, sync metadata, imported task context, and records you create from connected data.

  • Prioflo does not sell Google user data.
  • Prioflo does not use Google user data for advertising.
  • Prioflo does not use Google user data to train general AI models.
  • Prioflo may share limited Google-related data with infrastructure providers only as needed to operate, secure, or support the service, or when legally required.

4. Controls and deletion

You control whether Google integrations are connected. You can disconnect supported Google integrations in Settings, delete imported tasks or notes inside Prioflo, revoke Prioflo access from your Google Account permissions, or delete your Prioflo account where available.

  • Disconnecting an integration stops future access and future syncs for that connection.
  • Disconnecting does not automatically remove tasks, notes, reports, or context already created in Prioflo unless those items are separately deleted.
  • For help with Google data access or deletion, contact support@prioflo.com.

5. Google Limited Use

Prioflo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We may update this page as Prioflo integrations evolve or as Google verification requirements change.
